How do I choose the
correct pocket bike part for my Chinese pocket bike? Most low cost
pocket bikes you see on the market today, are made in China by a handful
of manufacturers. Most of these manufacturers build their pocket bikes
with the same parts. The manufacturers then sell the pocket bikes to hundreds
of different importers in the USA, using different brand names. We have
found that if the pocket bike looks just like yours, the parts will fit
regardless of the brand of your pocket bike. If you have any questions

Pocket Bikes:
The concept of the pocket bike (aka MiniMoto) began years ago in Japan, a country known for miniaturizing full-scale products. As crude mockups of the first pocket bikes were developed and ridden, a brand new trend and following developed. As the minimoto sport spread into Europe, Italian manufacturers began research and development into producing high quality racing minimoto bikes. Throughout the years, the combination of Japanese innovation and Italian craftsmanship produced ultra high performance parts and pocket bikes. Some of today’s top supertuned motorcycle racers got their start in the sport of pocket bike or minimoto racing. Champion riders such as Valentino Rossi started in this smaller scale sport and eventually dominated all pocket bike racing events throughout the world. He then moved on to Grand Prix Moto GP racing and is one of today’s winningest riders on the pro circuit. He has broken the record finishing in 23 consecutive podiums and is the only rider in the world who has won back-to-back races riding for two different manufacturers. Companies such as Ducati, Yamaha and Honda are always striving to have this former pocket bike champion ride for their company in Full-Sized Grand Prix Moto GP races.
Until recently, quality pocket bikes were largely unavailable to the casual rider. Prices of pocket bikes reached upwards of $4000. These astronomical costs were mainly due to research and development costs to provide optimum frame geometry, motor configurations and dimensions. Today’s manufacturers are able to use the information pioneered by these Italian and Japanese companies and develop pocket bikes that are essentially configured the same way including motor setup, frame geometry, braking systems,performance parts, etc. Because these upfront costs were avoided, prices of these high quality pocket bikes have come down over the years. We at SuperTuning deal directly with the manufacturers of this new generation of pocket bikes and pocket bike performance parts.
